The Sequels!

 Very unexpectedly early, on the evening of June 14th we welcomed Lyla Jane (3lbs 14.8oz, 16") & Maximus Thrawn (4lbs 4oz, 18") into our family.  We also mourned our angel, Zoe Clara.

The triplets were born at 32 weeks and spent 3 weeks in the NICU learning to eat and growing.  Maximus came home at 35 weeks on the dot and then Lyla came home just a few days later.  It has been wonderful to have them home - it was tough leaving them at the hospital when I was discharged but Joe or I went to see them everyday.  =)  

Tesla & Jaken (the originals) are adjusting well to having a younger brother and sister and often want to help feed or hold Lyla & Maximus (the sequels).  It's a bit busy at our house sometimes . . ha, ha . . . okay, a lot busy most of the time but we're loving it and wouldn't trade it for the world!

2 Years Old!!

Tesla & Jaken are now two years old!  Time has flown by and it's been a blast along the way too  =)  I apologize that I've missed getting pictures up - as many of you know we were pregnant and I was just too tired to do hardly anything besides the basic necessities.

We had a small fun party for Tesla & Jaken on their birthday.  It was a Mickey & Minnie Mouse theme.  They also had their check-up and are now both 36" tall and around 28 lbs.  =)
